Notes Nose: An inviting nose where vanilla and spice dances with bright sweet notes of Rum.

Taste: While being very approachable the influence of the rum cask and higher percentage alcohol creates a unique smooth, sweet, slightly woody marriage that sparkles on the tongue.

Finish: Slightly moorish, sweet spice finish

Notes Nose: Aromas of white grapes, cut grass, apricots and white chocolate.

Taste: Silky smooth, with flavours of fig jam, honey, apricots, white chocolate and crisp saltiness at the end to balance the sweetness off.

Finish: Long and mellow.

Notes Nose: Cut hay bales and lemon zest with top notes of hibiscus.

Palate: Toffee fudge and demerara sugar, followed by figs and dried apricots, with a hint of cardamom pod. 

Finish: A clean citrus note on the finish which is long and satisfying.
