This month we’ll be delving deep into that other whisk(e)y—American Bourbon.
The Society last year’s American tasting, we had a look at the innovations and experiments of the emerging US micro-distilleries. This year we’ll be taking things a little more traditionally and heading deep into the heart of Classic territory for a glimpse at what exactly makes that heart beat. Spanning a range of small batch and single barrel bourbons of varying styles, and one of which you are unlikely to find on this side of the Atlantic any time soon!
This should be a fun night for both fans of the gallant spirit and those still waiting to be introduced.
