Unlike the recent flow of innovation from Midleton and Cooley, Bushmills's range of whiskeys has not changed for many years. Their standard range of well-loved blends and single malts are familiar favourites for any Irish whiskey fan and clearly the world agrees, since capacity at the North Antrim distillery has increased dramatically in recent years to cope with growing demand. But like any other distillery, Bushmills have had their short runs, their experiments, their independent bottlings and their single casks. These 'lesser-spotted' Bushes are much less well-known than the standard two blends and three single malts of the official Bushmills range, but often can be more quirky, unique and characterful. For the Irish Whiskey Society's Midsummer tasting, we will be celebrating the white nights with a Bushmills tasting unlike any other. So don't beat around the bush - book your place at this tasting today at our booking page.
Note: At the end of the night we vote for our favourite whiskey. Number of votes and placing are included in the tables below.
