We travel across the waters to our Scottish cousins to sample their wares and we will focus on the Lowlands Region to see what they have to offer. 

Lowland Whiskey is known for being light and easy to drink; the lowlands offer very delicate and gentle products with subtle complexities. These whiskies are often referred to as the Lowland Ladies.

Lowland describes the Scottish mainland south of the imaginary line between the Forth and Loch Lomond. In what was once a busy distilling region, only a few are left in production. We will taste their offerings and also take a look at some of the silent distilleries and hard-to-come-by whiskies.
