The Irish whiskey industry is booming and new distilleries are taking off every few months. Exciting times are ahead for the spirit with many new faces appearing, to have a say in what they think Irish whiskey should become in the future. We welcome some of the new distilleries this month to a tasting dedicated to them, to share with us their vision for the future and hopefully some new spirits and products they are in the process of creating!
