Pearse Lyons Distillery Visit

This month we have been invited to visit the recently opened Pearse Lyons Distillery for a tour and tasting. Formerly St James' Church, the building has been restored to home the distillery, including two copper pot stills sent over from Kentucky where the Lyons have a sister distillery, and stained glass windows telling the story of Irish whiskey production. 

Please note both a change in time and venue this month. All attendees are required to be at the Pearse Lyons Distillery for 7pm sharp. We look forward to seeing you all there, for what promises to be a fantastic night.
