Our Special Tasting Series continues with Rye Whiskey In Focus. Join us for ‘Chaser in the Rye’ with Fionnán O’Connor. We have worked very hard to research and source a line up of very rare and much sought after expressions; including Booker’s Rye and Thomas Handy.
Pauric Ennis from Teeling Whiskey will be joining us to discuss Rye from a distilling and production perspective. Pauric is a distiller and also Teeling's Production and Quality Manager working with Alex Chasko.
We are also thrilled that Pauric will discuss Teeling's Rye Whiskey project and present us with a sample to see how it is progressing.
