Walsh Whiskey - A Selection of The Irishman and Writers' Tears

For our July Monthly Tasting on Thur 25th at 8:00pm we are delighted to have Woody Kane, Brand Ambassador with Walsh Whiskey to share some stunning editions from The Irishman and Writer's Tears range. It is lining up to be another great event with some hard to find expressions and some Society favourites.
With a cask that travelled between US, Dingle and Walsh Whiskey with fills of new make, coffee stout and single malt we've got a rare expression; The Irishman Single Malt Coffee Stout Cask Finish a limited edition of only 240 bottles between Walsh Whiskey and Dick Mack's Pub, Dingle.
Then another Limited Edition and a Society favourite, The Irishman 12 Year Old Florio Marsala Cask Finish. A limited release in 2017 of only 320 Bottles.
Together with The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt and Founders Reserve core editions this will be a fantastic selection from The Irishman...
Next up is a selection from the Writers' Tears range. We’re excited to have the unique privilege of being the first group to try the first drop of Writers' Tears Cask Strength 2019, latest edition of their limited release.
One of the favourites from the recent Committee Selection Tasting is back by popular demand, Peter White’s selected Writers' Tears Marsala Cask Finish. This expression was matured in American oak Bourbon casks and finished for 12 months in only five Marsala hogshead casks, a limited release with only 2430 bottles produced.
We will also be treated to the latest core release, Writers' Tears Double Oak, launched recently and getting great reviews. Together with the ever popular Writers' Tears Copper Pot this will be a superb line up for this range.
