Event has Sold Out, a Waiting List has now opened.
We have a fantastic evening organised for the Presidents Tasting on Thursday 28, November at Wynns Hotel, starting from 7:00 PM.
You will be greeted at the ground floor restaurant where you can enjoy plenty of finger food. On arrival you will receive a voucher to choose from a pint of beer /glass of wine / soda from the Wynns Bar. You will also get a raffle ticket for a chance to win some great prizes! You may buy additional raffles tickets on the night for €5 cash each for a great cause. The more tickets, the better your chance of winning!
All prizes will be revealed on the night but they include a special book with RedBreast "Dream Cask" on the cover and a Tasting Kit from Glencairn customised with six IWS Bottling samples to enjoy, with more special prizes on the night.
After a bit of food and socialising, we will adjourn at 8:00 PM to the Ballroom upstairs for the tasting.
As some of you know, John has a sweet tooth and quite enjoys whiskeys with a finish. And, as his term as President is ending… hence... t’s all about the finish... John has selected seven whiskeys with finishes from distillers and brands, none of which we have tasted before. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some very special whiskeys:
