Following two sell out tastings last year, we are delighted to welcome back, by popular demand, multi-award winning sommelier Cathryn Bell (@CathrynBellsomm) for the third exploration of whiskey and wine. Cathryn has worked in some of the best establishments in Ireland such as Ashford Castle, Chapter One, and the double Michelin starred Aimsir.
This time we turn to sweeter wines sometimes referred to as dessert wines and Cathryn has carefully curated four rare and unusual wines especially to match a flight of very special, wine finished/matured whiskies.
Cathryn will also collaborate with Cremeria Costantini to devise the flavour profile for a gelato to match one of the wines especially for this event.
