For our mid month tasting, we are delighted to host Tipperary Boutique Distillery's Jennifer Nickerson as she guides us through their distilleries showcase of spirits from grain to glass.
Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson and Liam Ahearn founded Tipperary Boutique Distillery Limited in 2014. Having spent the past few years releasing independently bottled single malt Irish whiskeys, they are now ready to release their first homegrown, single estate Single Malt Irish whiskey.
From their Fairy Tree gin and poitin, the well loved Homegrown series to the as yet unreleased Pot Still, it is sure to be a fanatic evening.
