O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co. makers of Keepers Heart Irish American Whiskey.
O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co. was founded by cousins and lifelong friends Patrick and Michael O’Shaughnessy with a vision of making world-class whiskeys worthy of their rich Irish American heritage and creating a brand home that brings people together, located in their hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
In 2021 Brian Nation, former Midleton master distiller moved his family to Minnesota to be closer to the distillery he designed and commissioned in Minneapolis and which will be two years old next month.
Keepers Heart is the most awarded new Whiskey and two different Keepers Heart whiskeys will be available in Dublin and Cork Airports; Keepers Heart Irish+American Whiskey and Keepers Heart irish+American Whiskey.
Ger Gerland, whom we all know from his excellent presentations with Irish Distillers has now joined Brian at Keepers Heart to bring their whiskeys to the masses. We all know just how professional and loyal Ger is and therefore we know that he will have some interesting insights to share with us on the night about this new distillery and his new position there.
We are also aware that this tasting is on the same day as the European and local elections.
There will be a bus provided on the night leaving John Bennys, Strand St, Dingle at 7pm.
