IWS Online: Whiskey Tasting with Dingle Distillery

We are delighted to have our next tasting in collaboration with the exceptional Dingle Whiskey Distillery, which will be guided by the one and only Master Distiller Graham Coull.
The focus of the evening will be the new core release and it's components, along with interesting casks samples which will give our members a sneak peek into future expressions. Most of the whiskeys we will taste during the event are not available on the market.
The Tasting will start with both components of the new core range, which will allow us to deconstruct this new expression. All the expressions have been selected by Master Distiller Graham Coull which will give us an insight into their latest and some potential future releases. We'll have a chance to try a special finished expression of Dingle Single Pot Still at cask strength. Then we will get to try some Peated expressions, double distilled by Graham; some new make followed by this expression with a limited maturation in Virgin Oak and 2nd fill Bourbon.
1. New Release Component A - 46.3% ABV
2. New Release Component B - 46.3% ABV
3. New Core Release (Launching 13th May 2021) - 46.3% ABV
4. Special Finished Pot Still Cask Strength - Australian Shiraz finish - 60% ABV
5. Peated New Make Sample - Peated Malt Raw Spirit Double Distilled - 65% ABV
6. Peated Cask Sample - Peated Malt limited maturation Virgin Oak / 2nd fill Bourbon at Cask Strength - 64% ABV.
Booking opens on Wednesday 12th of May at 7.00pm. The packs will be dispatched the week before the event so please book your place in good time. Please ensure to complete the event registration delivery form correctly to ensure your sample pack is delivered on time.

The event LiveStream will begin at 7:30pm on Thursday 27th of May and is for members only. You will receive a link to the live stream in advance of the tasting.
