We are delighted to announce our September mid-month event An Evening with J.J. Corry Whiskey Bonders. The event is now Sold Out.
We'll be opening some of their initial releases including The Flintlock Batch 1, a 16 Year Old Single Malt selected from three mature casks from the same distillery, which won Best Irish Single Malt over 13 years at the Irish Whiskey Awards 2018. We'll also get to try The Gael Batch 1, a blend combining 26 Year Old Single Malt, 15 Year Old Single Malt, 11 Year Old Single Malt, 7 Year Old Grain and winner of a Gold Medal at the 2017 Irish Whiskey Awards and San Fransisco World Spirit Awards.
We'll also have a special edition Blend, The Lock-In, developed during the lockdown in 2020 with 200 participants from the whiskey community voting on their favourite blend.
We will also get to try the latest Batch 2 of an intriguing Blended Irish Grain Whiskey which proved popular at our Grain Tasting last year, The Hanson. We also reached out to Bar1661's Craft Cocktails to include a limited edition cocktail Corry's Cure, based on The Hanson with Elderflower and Lemon. This is a 200ml cocktail that serves two, enjoy sharing it!
And to finish off the evening we'll get to drop in on the J.J. Corry Rackhouse for a special cask sample of Grain spirit distilled by Glendree Distillery and maturing for the last 10 months in Co. Clare.

2. The Gael: Batch 1 Summer 2017 (46%)
3. Corry's Cure Cocktail (Serves 2, 200ml) (19.95%)
4. The Flintlock: Batch 1 Autumn 2018 (46%)
5. The Lock-In: Batch 1 (43.86%)
6. Cask Sample at 10mths: Glendree Grain (Cask Strength)

The event LiveStream will begin at 7:30pm on Thursday 9th September and is for members only. You will receive a link to the live stream in advance of the tasting.
